2. You’ll hear an automated message explaining a $59 NZD triage fee.
3. To proceed, press 1# to accept the fee and speak with a VetChat vet.
4. The VetChat vet will assess your pet’s condition and offer advice.
5. If emergency care is required, they’ll alert our local Tasman Vets on-call vet, who will call you back shortly.

Please note:
This is a triage service. Even if your pet is not directed into the clinic, the $59 fee still applies and will be charged the next day through the clinic.
